The South Park team's musical comedy about two Mormon missionaries in Uganda - sharp, profane and unexpectedly sweet.
From Trey Parker, Matt Stone and Robert Lopez, The Book of Mormon has been at the Prince of Wales since 2013. The show pairs the writers' irreverence with the polish of a classic Broadway musical, following two missionaries sent to a village in Uganda. The score nods to Rodgers and Hammerstein as often as it skewers them. Strong language, adult humour and themes of religion mean it is recommended for ages sixteen and up.
